Job Title: Accountant & Operations Executive

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and proactive Accountant & Operations Executive to manage our day-to-day business operations. This role requires someone who can independently handle accounts, office administration, order execution, factory coordination, purchasing, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of the entire operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

* Manage GST, TDS, invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliations.

* Maintain sales and purchase records.

* Execute customer orders from confirmation to delivery.

* Coordinate with the factory to ensure timely production and dispatch.

* Purchase raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.

* Negotiate with vendors and maintain vendor relationships.





* Monitor inventory and stock levels.

* Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

* Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to multitask and work independently.

* Responsible, trustworthy, and solution-oriented.

* Experience in manufacturing, trading, or garment/apparel businesses is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
