Working Days : Monday to Saturday, Sunday fixed off
Locations : Mumbai ( Malad & Mahim ) || North ( Lajpat Nagar , Karol bagh , Preet Vihar ) || Indore || Aurangabad

Time : 9-5pm/10-6pm (Mumbai & Aurangabad) || 9-5:30pm/10-6:30pm (North) || 10-6:30pm (Indore)

· Take charge of emotional wellness conversations of patients and care givers there by become an integral part of holistic treatment process.

· Build rapport full of empathy with IPD, OPD and cured patients still on treatment protocol as well as their care givers.

· Conduct process driven periodic conversations focused on their emotional wellbeing and work with them to design definite micro-actions so that they can lead a more meaningful life while the treatment is going on.





· Co-ordinate with doctor for getting the updates on their emotional state as well as provide feedback on any specifics that are emerging from the conversations.

· Keep the data and patient records up to date as per the guidelines given from time to time.

· Participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities and performance calibration initiatives.

Key Note

Selected candidates must undergo a mandatory 2-week training in Mumbai. Please apply only if you are comfortable travelling and staying in Mumbai for the training period.

· Be open to work with patients and care givers across age, gender, faith and stages of cancer.

· Keep the conversations confidential and follow the code of conduct laid out by the organization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
