Prorich Agro Pvt Ltd — a growing cattle feed firm based in Zirakpur — is looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and streamline our end-to-end operations.
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in cattle feed, agri-commodities, or trading/logistics)
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, procurement, and supply chain for cattle feed trading
- Manage inventory, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to maintain strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in agri/trading
- Robust leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or a related field
