Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible person to join our photography studio as a Studio Operations Executive.

The role includes client communication, social media handling, customer follow-up, marketing support, database management, and daily studio operations.

This is a multi-tasking role suitable for someone interested in photography, marketing, social media, and business operations.

Job Responsibilities

Client & CRM Management

- Maintain customer database
- Handle WhatsApp customer communication
- Manage WhatsApp API tools and customer messaging systems
- Follow up with clients regarding pending works
- Maintain customer and delivery records

Social Media Management

- Reply to Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries
- Coordinate social media content posting

Marketing & Lead Collection

- Visit auditoriums and local businesses for lead collection ( Twice in a month )
- Build client and vendor relationships
- Support studio marketing activities
- Help generate marketing ideas and customer engagement plans





Data & File Management

- Weekly backup checking of media files (Check - Book Keeping)

General Support

- Work as a good Team Member

Skills Required

- Good communication skills
- Better computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, file management, etc.)
- Social media handling knowledge
- Organized and responsible attitude
- Advantage if candidate has good understanding of marketing ideas and customer engagement

Job Details

- Location: Palakkad / Chittur
- Working Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Some calls may be received during off hours)
- Weekly Off: 1 Day
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12000 + Incentives

- Customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
