Key Responsibilities

- Daily Production & Process Management.
- Production Targets: Plan shift targets, assign daily work to machine operators and sorters, and ensure shift production quotas are met.
- Downtime Minimization: Monitor machinery performance and coordinate immediately with maintenance teams to minimize line disruptions.
- Quality Control & Yield Optimization.
- Labor & Workforce Management.
- Food Safety, Hygiene & Quality Standards
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety norms like HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI (for India), or export specifications.
- Inventory & Floor Logistics.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Role
- Area Metric Yield Efficiency% of Whole Kernels vs. Broken/Scrap
- Through put Tons of Raw Cashews Processed per Shift/Day
- Quality Rejection rate during final packing & customer returns
- Downtime Total unscheduled machine downtime per week
- Compliance Zero critical audit non-conformances in food hygiene

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
