We are looking for a creative and customer-focused Bartender specializing in mocktails to prepare and serve high-quality non-alcoholic beverages. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages.
- Ensure every beverage is prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes.
- Keep the bar counter clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory of syrups, fruits, garnishes, mixers, and other beverage ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage of all ingredients.
- Create attractive beverage presentations and garnishes.
- Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all beverage preparation.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in developing new mocktail recipes and seasonal beverage menus.
- Ensure all bar equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
Requirements
- Experience in preparing mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, flavor combinations, and presentation techniques.
