Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers by resolving their queries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in both morning and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/ticketing systems accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while interacting with customers.




- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in Morning or Night Shift.
- Previous experience in customer support/BPO is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
