Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI and Machine Learning solutions for subsurface exploration and production.

- Apply advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and AI techniques to solve complex business challenges.

- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify AI opportunities and improve decision-making.

- Build, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models to enhance workflows and automation.

- Analyze and interpret subsurface data to generate actionable insights.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

- Ensure AI solutions comply with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.

- Support innovation by evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies.

Requisites




- Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.

- Proficiency in Python, C++, and AI/ML frameworks.

- Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or similar cloud AI platforms.

- Knowledge of subsurface data analysis and interpretation.

- Understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain is preferred.

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Knowledge of Agentic AI is an added advantage.
