Production Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Incharge to manage daily production activities in our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production work, maintaining quality standards, handling manpower, and ensuring timely completion of production targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production operations
- Monitor production quality and productivity
- Handle workers and production staff
- Ensure production targets are completed on time
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with quality and store departments
- Follow safety and company procedures
- Reduce production delays and material wastage

Requirements:

- Experience in manufacturing/production field
- Positive communication and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure
- Diploma/Graduate preferred
