Role brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Debt Consolidation Sales Representative to join our team. You shall work on MAARG to refinance and consolidate expensive consumer loans. You shall play a critical role in prospecting borrowers who are stressed about their loans and are seeking solutions to relieve their financial situation. You shall be supporting a highly tenured team of credit officers and be a part of 100+ game changers in the debt relief industry.

Role description:

- Actively seeking out new leads through diverse channels and referrals.
- Educating clients on the advantages of debt consolidation and how our services can benefit them.
- Ensuring transparent and comprehensive communication of terms and conditions to finalize agreements with clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and timely delivery of services.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and fintech advancements to remain competitive.




- Meeting or surpassing sales targets and performance metrics is our consistent aim.
- Maintaining meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software is essential.
- While experience in unsecured loans is advantageous, we value dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in any domain.
- Min 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Adept at building rapport with clients, making them feel valued and understood.

Pay: ₹10,523.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
