Job Summary

8-10 Years of experience in software development. 2+ years in Generative AI/Agentic AI

Key Responsibilities

- Develop agentic AI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude)
- Build multi-agent workflows with planning, memory, and tool usage
- Design RAG pipelines and integrate with vector databases
- Integrate with enterprise systems via APIs/Webhooks (e.g., ITSM tools)
- Deploy scalable solutions on cloud/on-prem environments
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure safe & reliable AI outputs

Required Skills

- Solid Python and API development skills
- Experience with LLMs & prompt engineering
- Hands-on with frameworks like LangGraph/CrewAI
- Knowledge of RAG, vector DBs, microservices
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD
- NLP concepts, Multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of RAI, Agent performance, Hallucination control
- Continuously improve agent behavior using feedback loops

4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
