Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a completely office-based role focused on handling inbound and outbound client communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and business conversion for our architectural lighting and interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Follow up with existing and new leads to convert them into customers
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the internal sales/design team
- Prepare quotations, proposals,



and maintain client records
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly business targets and maintain regular sales reports
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Client Relationship Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory
- Solid negotiation and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
