About the Role:
Our Fashion Studio in Raipur is hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, staff coordination, and day-to-day HR operations for our growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage onboarding and induction for new employees
- Maintain employee records and attendance
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs
- Handle basic payroll coordination and leave management
- Address employee queries and support workplace policies

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR documentation
- Ability to multitask and manage staff coordination across departments
- Prior experience in a studio, retail, or small-team setup preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
