The Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages and food items, maintaining product quality, ensuring cleanliness, handling billing transactions, and creating a welcoming café experience for every guest.

Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation

- Prepare and serve coffee beverages such as Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Filter Coffee, and other specialty coffees.
- Prepare cold beverages such as Cold Kaapi, Cold Coffee, Milkshakes, Fresh Juices, Smoothies, and other signature drinks.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality as per standard recipes.
- Monitor beverage ingredients and report shortages to the Store Manager.

Customer Service

- Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting food and beverages based on their preferences.
- Explain the menu, ingredients, offers, and promotional products.




- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure every customer receives prompt and courteous service.

POS & Billing

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Process cash, UPI, card, and digital wallet payments.
- Generate bills and issue receipts.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and end-of-shift cash reconciliation.

Food & Product Display

- Arrange bakery products, snacks, packaged foods, and beverages in an attractive display.
- Ensure products are properly labelled and priced.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles.
- Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
