WORKING EXPERIENCE - 2 TO 5 YEARS / SALARY - 30K TO 38K PER MONTH (COLLECTION DEPARTMENT)
Key Responsibilities for Divisional Manager
- Collections 1. Collection Management Lead and monitor collection operations across multiple states. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets. Minimize delinquency, overdue accounts, and write-offs. Monitor bucket-wise collection performance (PAR, X-Bucket, NPA, etc.). Develop and execute effective recovery strategies for different delinquency buckets.
2. Team Management Supervise Area Collection Managers, Regional Collection Managers, and Branch Collection Teams. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
Identify training needs and improve team capabilities.
