Position: Sales Staff

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers locate products and provide product information.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, arranged, and priced.
- Monitor product availability and report stock shortages to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned department.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store sales growth.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and arranging stock.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales and merchandising.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience:

- Freshers can apply.
- Previous retail sales experience is an added advantage
