Job Summary National Carriers Corporation (NCC) is a leading logistics, transportation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and export-import service provider operating across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan. We are looking for an energetic and professional Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities  Generate recent business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.  Identify potential B2B customers for logistics, transportation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding services.  Maintain and update customer databases and lead pipelines.  Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients.  Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.  Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for customer requirements.  Handle email correspondence professionally.  Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.  Achieve monthly sales and lead generation.  Prepare daily and weekly sales reports using Excel.  Conduct market research and competitor analysis.  Support management in business expansion activities.  Clients Meetings in and out if required.



Required Skills  Advanced Excel  Good Communication Skills  Professional Email Writing  Sales & Business Development  Lead Generation  B2B Sales  Quotation Management  MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Educational Qualification  Graduate in Commerce, Management, Logistics, Marketing, or any relevant field.  MBA/PGDM candidates preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  Robust knowledge of Excel and reporting.  Ability to work independently and achieve targets.  Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, CHA, export-import, or supply chain industry will be preferred. Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience.
