About the Role

We are seeking an experienced POD / Community Manager to build, manage, and grow contributor communities for AI training projects. The ideal candidate will drive community engagement, oversee contributor onboarding, ensure policy compliance, resolve escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful AI projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and manage online communities for AI training projects.
- Drive contributor engagement, onboarding, and retention.
- Moderate discussions and ensure compliance with company policies and ethics.
- Handle contributor queries and operational escalations.
- Organize webinars, engagement activities, and share community newsletters.




- Monitor community performance and prepare engagement reports.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in Community Management or Operations.
- Experience managing large online or contributor communities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Discord, Slack, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in AI services, crowdsourcing, or contributor operations is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proactive, organized, and adaptable.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Passionate about community building and contributor engagement.
- Basic understanding of AI training workflows is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
