Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), campaign strategy, lead generation, and ROI optimization. Experience with Google Ads and e-commerce marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Generate quality leads, website traffic, and conversions through paid campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, videos, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Meta advertising policies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Experience in audience targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and SEO.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,945.30 - ₹50,556.88 per month
