Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Subject Matter Expert – Science (K–12) to join our content development team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid academic background in Science and excellent English content writing skills. The role involves developing engaging, curriculum-aligned educational content for K–12 students while ensuring scientific accuracy and high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development

- Develop and review Science content aligned with CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula.
- Ensure content meets educational standards and learning objectives.

Content Creation

- Design and develop:
- Lesson plans
- Worksheets
- Assessments
- Question banks
- Practical activities
- Projects
- Infographics
- Presentation content
- Video scripts and multimedia learning materials

Content Management

- Upload, organize, and maintain educational content on digital learning platforms.
- Ensure content is properly formatted, updated, and easily accessible.

Quality Assurance

- Review content for scientific accuracy, grammar, clarity,



and curriculum alignment.
- Update learning materials based on curriculum changes and educational trends.

Collaboration

- Work closely with instructional designers, educators, graphic designers, and fellow subject matter experts.
- Contribute innovative ideas for interactive and engaging learning resources.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or a related field (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Life Sciences, or Science Education).
- Strong knowledge of the K–12 Science curriculum.
- Excellent written English and content development skills.
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with digital content creation tools and online learning platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and educational technology is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in curriculum design or educational content development.
- Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy, NEP 2020, competency-based education, and experiential learning.
- Strong creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
