- Understand customer needs and recommend products.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling/cross-selling.
- Handle billing and payment processing accurately.
- Maintain product displays and stock levels.
- Provide product information and updates to customers.
- Keep the counter area clean and organized.
- Record sales and prepare daily reports.
- Address customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with team members and inventory staff.
