Location: Coal Mine Project Site
Job Summary
The Site Accountant is responsible for managing all financial and accounting activities at the coal mine project site. The role includes maintaining accurate books of accounts, controlling site expenses, processing vendor payments, monitoring fuel and operational costs, preparing payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Financial Management
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and site books of accounts.
Manage petty cash, cash vouchers, and daily cash reconciliation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Process vendor, contractor, transporter, and supplier bills.
Verify invoices against purchase orders, work orders, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Maintain records of advances, reimbursements, and expense claims.
Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances, and vendor ledgers.
Coordinate with the Head Office for fund
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
