We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented SENIOR CLIENT SERVICING HEAD to manage client relationships and coordinate branding, signage, printing, ATL/BTL, POSM, and corporate gifting projects. The candidate will act as a bridge between Clients, Internal Teams, Sales and Production Departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle client communication and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements for branding, signage, printing, POSM, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, fabricators, and installation teams for project execution.
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and project updates for clients.
- Manage timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Resolve client concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain project reports,



client databases, and documentation.
- Design and execute Atl & Btl Activities as per Client Requiremnets.
- Media buying such as Train Advertisement, Metro Advertisement, Hoardings, News Paper Advertisement, Radio Announcement etc

Required Skills:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of branding, signage, printing, or advertising industry preferred.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in advertising, branding, signage, printing, or related industry preferred.

Experience:

- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Sakinaka, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
