Role Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Export Sales Manager responsible for expanding international business, achieving export sales targets, acquiring current customers, and managing overseas client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Develop current international markets and generate business from overseas customers, distributors, and importers.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build strong relationships with global customers and drive repeat business.
- Handle negotiations, pricing, and commercial discussions.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and customer meetings.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of proven experience in Export Sales of takeaway food packaging / paper packaging products.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing export markets.
- Experience in B2B international sales and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
