Job Title: Senior Audit Executive

Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Audit Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, compliance checks, HR audits, and payroll audits to ensure smooth and transparent business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Internal Audits to evaluate company processes and controls
- Perform Compliance Audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Handle HR Audits, including employee records, documentation, and policy implementation
- Manage Payroll Audits to verify salary processing, deductions, and accuracy
- Identify gaps, risks, and discrepancies and suggest corrective actions
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trail maintenance




- Coordinate with different departments for audit-related data and clarification

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Internal, Compliance, HR & Payroll Audits
- Good understanding of audit procedures and risk assessment
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com preferred)
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage

Salary:

Up to ₹40,000 (Depending on experience)

Working Details:

- 6 Days Working (Mon–Sat)
- Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
