We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Audit Assistant to support daily accounting operations, auditing activities and statutory compliance processes.
Eligibility:
- B.Com / M.Com preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge in GST, TDS, ESI & PF procedures
- Ability to assist in internal auditing and account verification
- Experience in accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Knowledge in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Understanding of statutory compliance and taxation
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Support GST filing, TDS calculations and statutory compliance
- Handle ESI & PF related documentation and processes
- Assist in auditing and verification of financial records
- Prepare reports, vouchers and reconciliation statements
- Maintain purchase, sales and expense records
- Coordinate with accounts team and management for financial updates
