We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in the MERN stack, experience leading development teams, and the ability to architect enterprise-grade applications while mentoring developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture.
- Lead a team of software developers, assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams.
- Build reusable components, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability,



and security.
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and documentation are maintained.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies.
- Drive CI/CD implementation and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate and recommend current technologies and frameworks.

Nice to Have

- Experience in SaaS product development.
- Knowledge of FinTech, HRMS, CRM, or ERP applications.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Agile/Scrum certification.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
