We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Production Supervisor with 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production operations, ensuring high-quality output, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to achieve production targets efficiently.

Exp: 0 - 2year in the relevant field

Qualification: DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING , ITI or Relevant to this qualification (From an engineering background)

Skills: MS Word, MS Excel, AUTO CAD (Added Advantage)

Requirements:

- Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools in Roofing Sheet.
- Good practical experience with MS Office.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and an effective problem solver.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor for steel roofing sheet manufacturing.




- Monitor machine operations such as roll forming, cutting, and corrugation to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure production output meets required quality and quantity targets.
- Allocate tasks to machine operators, helpers, and support staff, and oversee their performance.
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with the stores department for timely replenishment.
- Identify and report machine issues or breakdowns to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in process efficiency and waste reduction.
- Train new employees and operators on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
