Job Details

- Position: IT Recruiter / Non-IT Recruiter
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Kasturi Nagar, Bangalore
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT and Non-IT recruitment for Permanent Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and professional networking.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on job descriptions and client requirements.
- Conduct HR screening interviews to assess communication skills, technical knowledge, attitude, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure successful candidate onboarding as per the committed joining date.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily MIS reports.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring quality hiring standards.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies, Non-IT domains, and job roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills.
- Client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional email etiquette.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Non-IT Recruitment, or both.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply for entry-level positions.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
