DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute maintenance work as per Mechanical Engineer instruction and methods.
- Work with installation and commission of equipment along with Mechanical Engineer.
- Coordinate with all kind of audits and inspection program.
- Perform plant equipment preventative maintenance as per PM plan.
- Function as project development member to maintain new equipment.
- Work with reliability Mechanical Engineers to extend equipment life cycle.
- Analyse breakdowns, diagnose faults and rectify the repairs as per instructions from Mechanical Engineer.
- Prepare and document all the maintenance, breakdown, service, preventive maintenance, calibration of equipments, Mechanical tools inventory, and maintain the same as per instructions from Mechanical Engineer.
- Provides engineering support by responding to requests for Mechanical problems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- ITI/ Diploma/Degree/Master degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic engineering with experience of minimum 2-15 years.
- Experience should be in Extractions/Chemical/Pharma/Food/Biosciences/ Cosmetics Industry.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle manpower
- Team player who can adapt to dynamic work workplace.

Preferred industry background: Nutraceuticals, Pharma, Food, Flavors, Supplements ingredients

Pay: ₹22,126.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
