We are looking for a Fresher QA Engineer to join our motor manufacturing company. The candidate will support quality inspection, testing, and process monitoring to ensure motors and components meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
- Check motor components, assembly quality, and finished products
- Conduct testing for insulation, winding resistance, and performance parameters
- Identify defects, rejection, and quality issues on shop floor
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality improvement
- Support customer complaint analysis and corrective action
Pay:
₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
