## **Job Description – Design Engineer (Bridge Bearings ,Noise Barrier & Expansion Joints)**

**Position:** Design Engineer

**Location:** Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh

**Industry:** Manufacturing – Bridge Bearings, Noise Barrier & Expansion Joints

**Salary:** ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 CTC per Month

**Experience:** 1–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare design and calculations for bridge bearings and expansion joints.

* Develop detailed engineering drawings and design documentation.

* Review project specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.

* Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams for design execution.

* Ensure designs comply with relevant IRC, IS, and project standards.

* Support technical discussions with clients and consultants.

* Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.

### **Requirements**

* **Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Structural Engineering.





* **Experience:** 1–3 years in the design of bridge bearings, expansion joints, bridge structures, or related infrastructure products.

* **Freshers** with robust academic knowledge and interest in bridge design are also encouraged to apply.

* Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and design software such as **STAAD.Pro, MIDAS, or similar** will be an added advantage.

* Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

### **Preferred Candidate**

* Experience in bridge infrastructure, highway, or structural engineering projects.

* Knowledge of IRC/IS codes related to bridge design.

* Self-motivated and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
