Night Front Desk Receptionist – Hotel Operations

Shift: Night Shift, 8 pm to 8 am

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and qualified Night Front Desk Receptionist to manage overnight operations and ensure a smooth guest experience during late hours. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome late-night arrivals and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor hotel activity and ensure safety/security protocols are followed
- Perform night audit tasks (billing reconciliation, daily reports, system updates)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for urgent overnight needs
- Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation requests
- Maintain accurate records and ensure front desk area remains organized





Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
- Basic computer skills (PMS experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
