Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Ensure rooms are prepared according to hotel standards.
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items.
- Follow housekeeping SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for guest requirements.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.

Requirements

- Experience in housekeeping operations preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle physical tasks.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
