They lead installation crews, manage material logistics, enforce strict safety protocols, and ensure systems are commissioned according to technical specifications and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Oversee daily in office activities, including structure erection, and electrical or civil work to ensure alignment with engineering layouts and SLDs (Single Line Diagrams)
- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate site technicians, allocate daily tasks, and monitor workforce productivity.
- Safety & Quality Control: Implement and enforce rigorous safety standards (e.g., PPE, LOTO procedures), conduct site inspections, and ensure quality workmanship .
- Reporting & Compliance: Document daily work progress, prepare maintenance/generation reports,



and ensure compliance with local DISCOM authorities and regulations .

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution, installation, or O&M; (Operations & Maintenance).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of solar PV systems, HT/LT systems, SCADA, inverters, and the ability to interpret electrical drawings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
