Job Title: CRM Executive – Medical Billing (Night Shift, Sat& Sun Off)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain customer relationships with healthcare providers and clients.
- Handle client communication through phone, email, and CRM software.
- Follow up on client queries, billing updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the medical billing and AR teams to ensure timely updates.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely response to client requests.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or the medical billing industry preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client accounts.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in US healthcare or medical billing processes.
- Knowledge of insurance claims and revenue cycle management is an advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Timing: 8:00 Pm to 5:00 Am (Night Shift) Saturday& Sunday Fixed Off.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
