Supervise overall hospital operations during the assigned shift. Coordinate with Nursing, Doctors, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Pharmacy, and Laboratory departments. Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution. Ensure excellent patient care and customer service. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and punctuality. Conduct regular rounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards. Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate appropriate action. Ensure all hospital policies, NABH guidelines (if applicable), and statutory regulations are followed. Prepare daily shift reports and hand over pending issues to the next shift. Monitor bed occupancy, patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Ensure medical equipment and hospital facilities are functioning properly. Escalate critical issues to hospital management when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
