We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Student Coordinator to manage student communication, coordination, and support activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between students and the institution while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with students regarding classes, schedules, assignments, and academic updates.
- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interaction.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.
- Manage daily coordination tasks and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Maintain attendance records and student databases.
- Support admission and onboarding activities when required.
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, workshops, and student activities.
- Ensure proper student support and engagement throughout the course period.
- Achieve assigned daily coordination and follow-up targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
