Job Descriptions:

- Roles & Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency and resource utilization.
- Manage production planning systems, including ERP, MRP, and inventory control processes.
- Analyze production data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.

Desired Qualifications & Skills Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.




- 2+ years of experience in Production Planning & Control, preferably in heavy machinery or construction equipment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of MRP, JIT, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Positive understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
