We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to help drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with solid interpersonal skills and a passion for achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities,
and potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines and support contract discussions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
