Job Details

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients across various clinical specialties. The role involves working collaboratively with psychiatrists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic mental healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews.
- Diagnose and manage emotional, behavioral, and psychological disorders.
- Provide individual, family,



and group psychotherapy sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Offer crisis intervention and psychological support when required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on mental health and coping strategies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, hospital policies, and RCI standards.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of psychological assessment and psychotherapy techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Ability to manage diverse patient populations with empathy and professionalism.
- Sound clinical judgment and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical records and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology/PsyD with valid RCI Registration.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or mental healthcare setting.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
