Job Description

Celectric Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer relationship management, sales coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, and achieving sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling and online leads.
- Identify customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, PI, sales orders, and follow up for order closures.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and website.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, logistics, and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Track orders and provide timely updates to customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Follow up on payments,



deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Resolve customer queries, collect feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer relationship management.
- Lead generation and follow-up.
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream (BBA/B.Com/Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Coordination is preferred.

Salary

- ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
