Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage the accounting team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills,Billing and accounting, deep knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to handle financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily accounting operations

Prepare and review financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audits

Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Monitor cash flow and manage company finances effectively

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

Implement and improve accounting systems and procedures

Lead and mentor the accounts team

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field (CA/ CMA preferred)

Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance roles

Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and team management ability

Knowledge of Indian taxation and financial regulations

High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

Experience in handling audits and compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
