Position Summary

University is seeking a creative and dynamic Creative Content Writer to develop engaging, persuasive, and youth-centric content across digital and marketing platforms. The role involves crafting impactful copy for advertisements, social media, landing pages, and email campaigns while combining storytelling with marketing strategies to effectively engage students and young audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging short-form scripts for reels, promotional videos, and social media content.
- Develop creative and persuasive copy for digital advertisements and campaigns.
- Create compelling headlines and content for landing pages and promotional materials.
- Draft email marketing content for campaigns, announcements, and outreach activities.
- Develop student-focused storytelling content, testimonials, and campus-related narratives.
- Adapt tone, messaging, and content style according to different audience segments and platforms.
- Collaborate with design, branding, and video production teams to produce high-impact marketing content.




- Optimize content performance through testing methods such as A/B testing and content analysis.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong ability to write concise, engaging, and conversational content.
- Ability to create persuasive Call-to-Actions (CTAs) that drive engagement and conversions.
- Understanding of youth culture, campus trends, and contemporary digital content formats.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Additional certification in Digital Marketing or Content Writing will be considered an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience in education, media, or marketing agencies will be preferred.
