Experience Required
5+ years of IT experience
Solid experience in L2 Production Support and Azure Cloud Application Support
Experience supporting enterprise applications hosted on Microsoft Azure
Role Summary

We are seeking an L2 Azure Cloud Application Support Engineer to provide production support for enterprise applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. The role involves troubleshooting .NET applications, Azure services, APIs, databases, and integrations while ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support for Azure-hosted enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot application, API, integration, workflow, and database issues.
Monitor Azure services including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Storage, and Application Insights.
Analyze logs, alerts, API failures, and system performance issues.
Support SharePoint Online, OpenText workflows, and SaaS applications.
Coordinate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure,



and Business teams to resolve incidents.
Perform deployment validation, release support, production stabilization, and runbook execution.
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and operational documentation.
Participate in on-call support, major incident management, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
Support AI-assisted incident diagnostics and operational automation.

Incident & Problem Management
Monitoring, Log Analysis, and Performance Troubleshooting
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with OpenText platforms
Exposure to AI-enabled enterprise applications
Azure DevOps and CI/CD
ITIL or Production Support best practices

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
