Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Collection and Sales Officer (CSO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing collection tasks, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Collection Management: Efficiently manage and follow up on collections to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding dues.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive business growth.
- Sales Targets:
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Customer Support: Provide high-quality service to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues as needed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of collections and sales activities and report regularly to the senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in collections or sales. Freshers with a keen interest in collections are also welcome to apply.
- Education: SSLC or Plus Two.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
