BIM ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Develop BIM models (Architectural, Structural, and MEPF) from concept to as-built stages using Revit.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, construction documents, and coordination models.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Maintain and manage BIM standards, templates, and project documentation.
- Work with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud platforms for model sharing and coordination.
- Assist in MEPF coordination and ensure design integrity across disciplines.
- Support innovation in workflows and automation to improve modelling efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- E./B.Tech in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and understanding of BIM execution workflows.
- Familiarity with MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical) will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
