Position: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.

Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly.

Uphold the resort’s standards of service and hospitality at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.





Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong customer management and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
