Job Type: Full‑time | Permanent
Salary: 15000/- to 50000/-
Reports To: HVAC Supervisor / Facility Manager
About the role
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration systems across commercial, institutional, and residential projects. The candidate will work on routine servicing, breakdown support, and project installations in a safe and qualified manner.
Qualifications and experience
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance (residential/commercial projects preferred).
- Familiarity with VRF/VRV systems, chilled water plants, and hospital/commercial building systems is an advantage.
- Valid driving license and own two‑wheeler (for site visits across Kerala) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical controls, PLCs, and building automation systems is added advantage.
