Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Records Technician to manage and maintain patient health records accurately and securely. The candidate will be responsible for organizing medical documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update patient medical records (electronic and physical)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of records
- Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel when required
- Verify patient information and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data
- Assist doctors and staff with medical documentation requirements
- Handle insurance and record requests efficiently




- Perform regular audits of records for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in Medical Records, Health Information Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and record-keeping systems

Experience:

- 0-3 years preferred

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
